I’m a Senior Product Designer at Agoda, shaping the accommodation booking experience, currently focusing on the luxury segment. With experience in both B2C and B2B, I’ve worked on a range of products - from marketing automation at Freshworks (Freshmarketer) to post-sales experiences at MakeMyTrip.

I pursued my engineering degree in Information Technology during my graduation. Processes, presentations, and working on ambiguous problems really excite me.

I love exploring new cultures and cuisines during my travels. I try to keep challenging myself with new skills - last year, I took up swimming; now, I’m into weight training and exploring ways to build mental resilience.
