Bringing WhatsApp Template management into Freshmarketer

WhatsApp templates help businesses create and send marketing campaigns on Freshmarketer. However, users could only identify templates by name, often switching between Meta and Freshmarketer to find the right one. Bringing template previews and creation into Freshmarketer was an opportunity to make the process more seamless and address a key reason users were churning.

The design principle was to make user experience our key differentiator. Since Meta already offered these capabilities, we focused on making the experience within Freshmarketer more intuitive and seamless. Given the scope of the work, I collaborated closely with developers to break the overall vision into phases and define a realistic scope for each.
